Cherokee Charter Academy truly believes that the involvement of parents in the education of a child is essential to maximizing student successes. Not only is academic communication important, the volunteer involvement of parents is important to benefit the programs of the school. The Parent Teacher Co-Operative (PTC) is structured in a manner that respects the importance of time with family, the engagement of the school community, and the opportunity to enrich the programs of the school for students.
As a member of the CCA PTC, you will have many opportunities to assist, volunteer, and become a visible component of your student’s education. Special projects, fundraisers and events that celebrate and recognize students, require the energetic efforts of our PTC and community leaders.
Our current donation needs include: Clinic Items, Classroom Supplies, Classroom Snacks (If your Teacher provides them to the students), Business Sponsors, and Volunteers for Carpool and Lunch Room Monitors.
